🛒 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
    All orders will be delivered within 7 days.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may take up to 4–5 business days for production.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across all locations in India.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is shipped.

💵 Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping is FREE for all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee will apply at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an extra handling fee.

📦 Packaging

  • We use secure packaging with protective foam and layers to ensure your 3D LED acrylic art arrives safely.

❗ Delays

  • Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to weather, courier issues, or high order volume.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners but will support you with tracking and updates.
